TO THE GOVERNMENT OF: To all European governments,
Cecilia et Nicolas SARKOZY, Papa Benedictus XVI
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am a father of a kidnapped child. A chronology and
documents telling my awful tragedy are accessible on
the web address: http://savestin.exactpages.com.
On 22 September 2006 representatives of the European
Commission prevented myself setting on fire in
Brussels as a sign of protest.
Unfortunately, the European Commission turned out to
be unable to effectively protect an abducted child
from the absent rule of law in this child's own
homeland, Bulgaria.
De jure and de facto the Bulgarian authorities do not
care a pin about any reports, conventions, even the
strict eye of the European Commission.
The Bulgarian authorities continue to humiliate my
parentage and make pointless my fight against human
and child trafficking.
The human alikes: President Georgi Parvanov (Gotse),
Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev, Parliamentary Speaker
Georgi Pirinski, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivaylo
Kalfin, Minister of Finance Plamen Oresharski,
Minister of Interior Rumen Petkov, former chief
secretary of the Ministry of Interior and current
Mayor of Sofia Boyko Borissov failed to take into
account and still escape any human moral sense, any
conscience. Yes, they do resemble humans, but in fact
are freaks behind human-faced masks. They impudently
override the Bulgarian constitution and the Convention
on the Rights of the Child - and fail to meet the
court rulings.
I SUCCEEDED:
1. To sue the government under civil lawsuit Й 3538 /
2006 at the Sofia City Court of Law, First Judge
Panel. Instead of promptly meeting the obligations of
the state in protection of the kidnapped child, Prime
Minister Sergey Stanishev undertook shameful appeal
proceedings: "We admit our guilt, but for not more
than 5 levs (2.5 euro)".
Ladies and Gentlemen European citizens,
Have you ever come upon a more idiotic sounding appeal
against a kidnapped child?! Have you ever met any
greater European premier freak than Stanishev?!
Please, make a research and comment on it.
2. I also succeeded in convicting the Investigation
Office and the Prosecution Office on all fourteen (14)
charges against them. The decision of the Sofia
District Court of Law on civil lawsuit Й 7150 / 2006,
39th judge panel, reads the following:
"We found that during all these years, from 06 May
1997 until the present moment, the claimant relying on
his own capacities has struggled to find the truth
about his missing child, including by paying visits to
foreign countries searching for it. In all his actions
he has never met the support of the state in the face
of its competent authorities."
Ladies and Gentlemen European citizens,
But what is it all for? The Bulgarian state has
continuously and dreadfully abstained from any
activity. Have you ever heard about another country
destroying one of its children in such an impudent
manner? Please, make a research and comment on it.
3. I sued President Georgi Parvanov, but in Bulgaria
justice was manipulatively refused for me. I have
forwarded the case to Strasbourg under court number Й
2930/04, dated 17 April 2007, Fifth section. Under
point 19 of my complaint I have noted the following:
"The President has absolute authority within 24 hours
to request and to receive whatsoever information that
is available. Therefore President Parvanov knows
perfectly well which are the trafficking channels for
humans and children. Parvanov is also perfectly aware
of the lords commanding these channels. He knows but
ominously keeps silence!"
Ladies and Gentlemen European citizens,
President Parvanov (secret services' agent Gotse) has
been even refusing to see me. He remains dead silent
on the issue of trafficking with Bulgarian children. I
am convinced he has spread a political umbrella over
the traffickers. Please, make a research and comment
on it.

Ladies and Gentlemen European citizens,
Bulgaria is plagued with state banditry, which is
worse than any kind of mafia known to the world.
Therefore, on 21 September 2007, at 12:00 o'clock, in
front of my house, at the neighborhood where Savestin
(his name means conscience!), I will demonstratively
set on fire the scarecrows depicting those seven
in-humans I mentioned above. They bear the guilt for
the abduction of my son and for the existing human and
child trafficking in Bulgaria ? their lack of activity
is beyond any doubt criminal.
THE BULGARIAN STATE HAS FAILED TO ORGANIZE THE SEARCH
AND HAS NOT RETURNED HOME ANY CHILD PROCLAIMED
MISSING, INCLUDING SAVESTIN.
Accept this as an invitation to attend my protest.
Ladies and Gentlemen European citizens,
The bandits and traffickers maintain impudent criminal
rings and the traffickers have impudent structures,
but pitifully the governments and the European
Commission have failed to organize themselves against
them by far. It is necessary to undertake urgent and
viable actions to protect effectively the rights of
every European child fallen victim to human
trafficking.
Some European countries are lax, others are impotent,
while third countries are simply covering up
trafficking channels ...
The latest case of the kidnapped British girl Madleen
is a confirmation of my conclusions.
My question: WHO IN EUROPE IS EFFECTIVELY DEFENDING
THE CHIDLREN FALLING VICTIM TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING?
It is necessary to set up an independent common
European body, to act with priority and independently
from the national authorities for the effective search
of every missing European child. All the rest is pure
hypocrisy....
Herein I enclose:
1. OPEN LETTER exposing the militia scheme of
non-searching for children in Bulgaria. Bulgaria has
no system for searching it is plagued by
non-searching.
2. CONFESSION OF A FATHER with this confession I
motivated my decision to set myself on fire in
Brussels in 2006.
3. BRUSSELS, 19-22 SEPTEMBER 2006 - AN UNEXPECTED
HAPPY BREAKTHROUGH.
4. TEXT, under Item 19 of my Complaint sent to
Strasbourg against President Parvanov.
Ladies and Gentlemen,

STATEMENT OF THE OBJECT OF THE APPLICATION AND
PRVOVISIONAL CLAIMS FOR JUST SATISFACTION
19. I am waiting the court to give a ruling if the
rights of victims of kidnap, trade and traffic are
protected, spatially when these victims are kids and
parents
I am expecting a just sentence and compensation, of 70
000 Euro. The Bulgarian court deprive me of these
compensation without even make a process
I expect from you to oblige the Bulgarian authorities
my claim dated 02.02.2006 y. to be heard from
competent Bulgarian law-court and to receive impartial
justice
The Bulgaria has determined obligation in Constitution
and up to international contracts, to protect
kids-victims of kidnap and to give guarantee for
parent's rights. It's than logical for me as a father
to expect support from the governmental authorities,
who has the power to cooperate and to solve my
problem.
Authority with real power to protect kidnapped child
up to chapter 3 from Children rights convention is The
President of the republic.
From the other side all the services, intelligence and
security services are subordinate to the President.
They have information about any one in the country.
The President has the full right to demand and to
receive any information in 24 hours term. That's way
Parvanov perfectly knows the channels for people's
traffic and knows who organize them, but he keeps
silence!!!
But what else we can expect from a person, who has
sold him self to the communistic secret services and
has the nickname "Goce". He is totally inactive and
proves that traffic of Bulgarian kids is something
normal. He was the person that patronizing the
scandalous militia-generals Vasil Vasilev and Boiko
Borissov. He left me to go to Brussels and to set my
self on fire on the 22.09.2006 y. He thought that he
will release himself from me and show his degenerate
nature. My life and my body were saved by MR.Franko
Fratini, Olie Rent and MRS Bridget Czarnota. The
European politicians not only saved my life, but they
show their respect to my courage and my sadness, to
the importance of my personal and public fight with
Bulgarian authorities. Yes, the major European
politicians are true people, but Parvanov is only
human similar…
Parvanov perfectly knows how, by who and where is sold
my kidnapped little child. Parvanov knows, but he
criminally and dirty is hiding my son. I thing that in
a fair legal process I will prove it.
